Renewing your Pensions UK membership – the process

Thank you for your membership of Pensions UK. As a not-for-profit organisation and the leading voice for pensions in the UK, your membership is important to us. Membership Renewals Process

• The membership period runs from 1 January to 31 December, with subscriptions due 1 January.
• We write to the primary contact at each member organisation in November to advise that we will soon be sending annual subscription invoices for the next year and how much the organisation’s membership fee will be.
• Members are advised to contact the membership team at the email address below by 30 November if they do not wish to continue their organisation’s membership, otherwise membership will renew automatically for the next year, and we would issue an invoice for payment.
• If you wish to speak to someone about your membership, then please contact [email protected] so we can arrange a call with one of the team.
• Invoices are sent to primary contacts at the beginning of December. Primary contacts can view their organisation's invoice by logging into their Pensions UK account and navigating to 'organisation orders' in the left menu.
• Invoices should be paid within 30 days. Please get in touch if you would like to set up a direct debit.
• Please review the Terms and Conditions of membership and the Membership and Subscriptions Rules.
• Members who opt to pay by direct debit will have their membership subscription automatically collected in early January of the next year.
