How to join 

Joining Pensions UK is simple: 

1. Download and complete the fund membership application form above
2. Review the terms and conditions of fund membership and the membership rules 
3. Submit the form - we will then send an invoice to the main contact for membership, once processed on our systems 
4. Enjoy the many benefits of Pensions UK membership. 

Who can join? 

Fund membership is for organisations offering workplace pension schemes to their employees. For master trusts, please see our master trust membership page. 

How much does it cost? 

Subscriptions are based on the total number of members in your scheme(s), including active, deferred and pensioners. Rates are calculated at 29.97 pence per member per year. There is a minimum subscription of £394 for small schemes (1,317 members or fewer). The maximum for large schemes is £35,000 (116,783 members or more), though existing larger members are having their subscriptions increased on a phased basis over the three years 2026-28 (contact our team for details).
