Annual Report and Accounts 2024
Published under our legal name, Pensions and Lifetime Savings Association
In 2024, we continued to champion our members’ interests as the voice of pensions, engaging closely with policymakers and responding to major government reforms.
We published influential policy reports, particularly relating to the Labour Government’s proposals for pensions reform, with many of our policy thinking being incorporated into policy across several areas. We expanded our member engagement through launch of our new Member Hub and digital events, complementing the market-leading position of our major conferences, which continued to bring the industry together and contribute to our ongoing financial stability.
As always, we remained focused on our mission: helping everyone achieve a better income in retirement.
The directors’ report and financial statements for 2024 include more details of a successful year for Pensions UK.

Gender Pay Gap Report 2025
Calculated as at April 2025 and therefore published under our legal name, Pensions and Lifetime Savings Association
Pensions UK has been campaigning for improved diversity in the pensions industry for many years. While there is no requirement for an organisation of our size to publish figures on our gender pay gap, we believe it is right that we do so in recognition of our support for and alignment with our members.
Our gender pay gap has reduced to 16% in 2025 down from 19% in 2024; it was 25% when we first reported in 2021. The fact that the Chief Executive is male has a significant impact on the gender pay gap measures. If the Chief Executive were female (everything else being unchanged) the mean gender pay gap would be reduced to 1%.
We continue to be committed to closing the gap further and ensuring equal pay, and we will continue reporting and campaigning on the subject.
